My 1:1 coaching program is fully personalized to your needs. I’ll set your individualized macros, teach you how to track them, and provide accountability and ongoing support to keep you consistent. You’ll learn how to build a healthy relationship with food, practice intuitive eating, and reach your goals without giving up the foods you love. The program includes:

  • Optional dumbbell workout schedule

What are macros, and why are they important?

"Macros" is short for macronutrients, which are the three main nutrients that provide your body with energy: protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Each of these plays a vital role in your health:

How often will we communicate during the coaching programs?

For 1:1 coaching, communication is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, with weekly check-in calls to track your progress and make adjustments as needed.

For independent plans, there is no ongoing communication after the initial plan delivery, as these plans are designed to be a one-time, self-guided solution.


Will your coaching help me lose weight and/or build muscle?

You'll learn how to fit the foods you love into your daily plan, practice intuitive eating, and develop a healthy relationship with food—without feeling deprived or restricted.

How do I order meals when going to a restaurant?

With my 1:1 coaching, I provide personalized support to help you navigate eating out while staying on track with your goals. I can guide you on how to choose a "macro-friendly" or healthier option from the menu, so you can enjoy your meal without compromising your progress. Whether it's making modifications to fit your macros or picking balanced dishes, I'll help you feel confident in your choices when dining out.
