She came to me with challenges of choosing healthy food choices, occasional binge eating and drinking during the weekends, and low energy during demanding hours as a workout instructor. 

While building a consistent healthy relationship with food and alcohol along the way, she stayed extremely consistent with hitting her macros and prioritizing strength training workouts. 

I was nervous going into this program because I had never done anything like it before, but Naomi was by my side every step of the way. Throughout the 4 months, she was always within reach, offering encouragement and holding me accountable. Naomi provided plenty of tips for eating out, vacations, and social situations, making it easy to stick to my plan. Her support was incredible, and her program truly works. I had great success with nutrition by Naomi, she was a great coach during this part of my health journey. During my time I traveled a lot and one of the best things about her program is she provides you with travel tips, lists of healthy, high protein snacks, tips while eating out, but also is available to help you calculate your numbers when you need help! During my journey Naomi not only helped me learn to fuel my body, set goals, and hit my goals, but also was available and helped me stay accountable. I didn’t realize In the beginning that the weekly pictures, measurements and phone calls would help me more than watching the actual number on the scale. I had a friend do this program with Naomi and would talk with me about it. I was on a family vacation with my kids and I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t happy with the way my body looked. Almost 45 yrs old and 20 pounds over weight and my terrible eating habits of basically not eating were not working anymore. And my passion to exercise was out the window. I called her while on that vacation and signed up. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had no idea what macros even were. 4 months later and I couldn’t be in a better place. Naomi’s program gave me a new outlook on food. Putting healthy foods into my body and working out. Having someone to coach you along the way and push you to get to your goal was the thing I needed. I am down 13 pounds and have every intention to keep going. I now have the knowledge to feel good in my own skin and just live a healthy lifestyle. While working with me in the 1:1 coaching program, she has lost a total of 16.5 inches throughout her body! Not only did she see incredible physique changes, but she developed a better relationship with food and started healthy daily habits she will continue doing as a result of my program. Throughout my program she learned and practiced intuitive eating, stayed consistent with hitting her goals, and has seen amazing results. 

We established a workout routine of 2-3 days weight lifting, 1-2 Orange Theory classes, and 1-2 rest days, including a daily goal of 10K steps! 

We started her macros at 1,700 and reverse dieted her up to 2,000!!!🙌🏼 She is continuing to work with me in my extended program, and is now at a high enough calorie number to do a healthy cut!

I’ve always had a strained relationship with food. I was pretty much in a constant loop of restricting and overindulging. I had dabbled in macro tracking before, just using the suggested macros from a tracking app but never felt like I was doing it right and had no clue if they were even the right macros for my body and goals. 

Naomi and her program created custom macros for me and adjusted them as needed which took all of the guesswork out. She had so many resources available that I could reference to help in making my grocery lists, creating healthy snacks and meals, and helping me hit my macro goals for the day. More than these resources, she keeps open lines of communication with her clients and was always available to help me with any questions that I had. Throughout this whole program, Naomi has been the best accountability partner and cheerleader. 

I went into this program hoping to change physically, but I received so much more than that. I feel like I finally have a healthier relationship with food and my body. While this is a program focused on nutrition, your healthy habits start to stack on top of one another. I now have a consistent gym schedule, I get 10k steps a day, I’m drinking so much water, and fueling my body properly has given me so much more energy. I cannot recommend this program and Naomi enough!!
